The above fees are to be paid by Demand Draft/Cheque in favour of Gyananda Girls School, Payable at Dehradun. Parents can deposit the fee through NEFT/RTGS as per the following details.

- If you are making an RTGS, Kindly inform the School about the same.
- The fee should be deposited by the 10th of every month.
- Any payment after the fee date will accrue a late fee of Rs 100 per day.
- Meals and Transport will be charged for 10 months only.
- The monthly fee is paid in advance.
Important Notes
- Please ensure that the Demand Drafts/Cheques are made out in the correct names as mentioned in this leaflet.
- Please mention the Name and School no. of your child on the reverse of the Demand Draft/ Cheque.
FEE AND WITHDRAWAL POLICY
A. Parents are advised to pay the Fees before the due date.
Due dates for each quarter for every year are mentioned below:-
- *First Quarter Fees before the 10th of March.
- *Second Quarter Fees before the 10th of June
- *Third Quarter Fees before the 10th of September
- *Fourth Quarter Fees before the 10th of December
B. After due date the School will send three payment reminders and will ask to discontinue the classes in case the dues are not cleared. There can be an exception made only in case there is a valid and justified explanation for not making the payment after repeated reminders.
C. Payment after the due date shall entail a fine of Rs.50/- per day on the amount of arrears. Non-payment of dues and fine after 3 months from the due date shall entail a further fine of Rs.100/- per day and may lead to the child’s name being struck off the roll of the School. The decision of the Management will be final in such cases.
WITHDRAWAL POLICY
A. If the student who has taken admission in the current academic year is withdrawn or does not join before the start of the academic year in the new session, the registration and admission fee will not be refunded as it is the non-refundable component of the fee and balance (the quarter fee) shall be refunded.
B. In case of withdrawal any time after the commencement of the academic year the fees for the due quarter shall be charged.
C. Notice for withdrawal should be submitted to the Principal’s office (Only in the prescribed form available at the admission office) latest by 31st December of every year. Notice of withdrawal will be considered from the date the written request is received by the Principal. If the withdrawal notice is given after the 31st December then three-month fees (one quarter) i.e. School Program Fee shall be charged, otherwise the transfer certificate and the final progress report will not be issued.
