A healthy body fosters a healthy mind, is what we believe in. A child enjoys three meals at school and so it becomes essential that meal times and the menu is a happy experience for every child. The menu planned is keeping in mind that the food served is sumptuous and nourishing. We inculcate healthy eating habits and children are encouraged to eat vegetables and food that they usually are not very happy about. Respect and being grateful for the food that we get is another essential quality that every one of us needs to imbibe and we encourage that at Gyananda.
